Job Summary
The chosen individual will undertake in-house design and thorough evaluation of constructability documentation related to capital construction initiatives. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are designed with a focus on practicality and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct project scoping to define objectives and requirements.
- Perform site inspections to assess conditions and progress.
- Engage in technical investigations to support design decisions.
- Offer expert guidance on projects for client agencies.
Qualifications
- A minimum of four years of full-time experience in mechanical engineering.
- A valid New York State Professional Engineer’s License.
- Adherence to specific civil service requirements.
- Educational credentials from an institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
