Job Summary
The role involves spearheading a comprehensive global strategy to integrate artificial intelligence within the engineering sector, while simultaneously overseeing and guiding geographically distributed engineering teams. This position focuses on modernizing the software development lifecycle by utilizing AI-driven tools, with a strong emphasis on maintaining top-tier security and compliance standards.
Responsibilities

- Modernize the software development processes through the implementation of AI-assisted tools.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in software application development.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing complex, multi-layered engineering organizations.
- Expertise in AWS, .NET, Java, React, and various AI development tools.
- Proven history of leading successful technical transformation initiatives.
