Job Summary
The Senior Director is responsible for steering the corporate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. This role also involves the development of comprehensive financial management frameworks across the enterprise. The Senior Director will be tasked with overseeing executive reporting, spearheading system modernization initiatives, and guiding a high-achieving finance team to generate practical insights that drive business results.
Responsibilities
- Lead corporate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Establish and implement enterprise-wide financial management frameworks.
- Oversee executive reporting and ensure clarity and accuracy in financial communications.
- Drive modernization of financial systems and processes.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team to provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- More than 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or strategic finance.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling and accounting principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
- Preferred qualifications include an MBA or professional certifications such as CPA or CMA.
