Job Summary
This position is centered around delivering both technical oversight and business management to internal and external teams, acting as the main point of contact for clients regarding project timelines and financials. The ideal candidate will engage in a diverse range of activities to drive project success.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Conduct mechanical analyses to inform product design decisions.
- Collaborate with various cross-disciplinary teams to create sophisticated electromechanical products.
- Serve as the principal liaison for clients on project schedules and budgetary matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of 8 years of direct experience in product design and development.
- Proficient in SolidWorks for 3D modeling and design.
- Familiarity with manufacturing techniques such as injection molding and machining.
