**Senior Director**
The Senior Director will collaborate with business executives to convert strategic objectives into effective people strategies that enhance organizational performance and growth. This role will spearhead efforts in areas such as organizational design, talent acquisition, and employee engagement, acting as a vital advisor to the leadership team. Applicants should possess over 17 years of advanced HR business partner experience, as well as a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. A strong understanding of the biotech or pharmaceutical sector is essential, alongside demonstrated expertise in organizational development and change management.
