Job description
The Senior Director of Lifecycle Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing the complete strategy for customer retention, loyalty, and engagement through all proprietary channels. This position includes overseeing the Retention & Loyalty team and collaborating with various cross-functional teams to enhance customer lifetime value and contribute to business expansion. The perfect candidate will have extensive experience in leading lifecycle, CRM, or retention initiatives for rapidly growing consumer brands. Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in customer segmentation, and a track record of effective team and budget management are essential.
