Job description
The CRM Specialist plays a critical role in enhancing the recruitment and admission strategies for graduate students through the Slate platform. This position focuses on overseeing the applicant journey, adjusting system workflows, and leveraging data analytics to assist enrollment initiatives. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline, with a Master’s degree being advantageous. A minimum of five years of pertinent experience in student enrollment or CRM management within higher education is essential.
