Lead operations across the Tampa and Keene manufacturing facilities, setting strategy and accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and business growth. Drive operational transformation, financial performance, capacity and resource planning, and the development of site leadership teams. Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related discipline, and 15 or more years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including multisite operations in complex, highly engineered environments. Candidates should bring relevant industry experience, strong financial and commercial acumen, expertise in Lean and Six Sigma, and a record of improving operational performance and leading geographically dispersed teams.
