Job description
The Senior Director will oversee the operational and financial outcomes of around 40 joint venture veterinary hospitals throughout the United States. This role involves acting as a reliable advisor to partners while enhancing revenue, profitability, and overall organizational effectiveness. Applicants should possess over 15 years of advanced multi-site operational leadership experience, with a strong background in P&L management. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, while a higher-level degree in business or healthcare is preferred.
