Job description
The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in conducting building and fire inspections, in addition to carrying out regular preventative maintenance activities. This position is tasked with maintaining the facility in a tidy, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents. Ideal candidates should possess skills in painting, drywall repairs, and basic electrical and plumbing systems. A High School Diploma or GED, along with a minimum of one year of applicable experience, is preferred.
