Job Summary
The role of Senior Director of Supply Chain involves redefining and enhancing the supply chain vision, strategy, and operations of the organization to achieve exemplary performance levels. This executive position encompasses the management of logistics, procurement, inventory oversight, and production planning, while fostering collaboration among various internal and external parties.
Responsibilities
- Transform the supply chain strategy to meet world-class performance standards.
- Oversee and manage all logistics, procurement, inventory, and production planning activities.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to drive supply chain initiatives.
- Implement best practices and methodologies within the supply chain framework.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Management is required.
- At least 10 years of experience working in a manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in both government and commercial contracting.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing ERP systems and understanding supply chain methodologies.
