Job Summary
The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, integration, and testing processes for compute, camera, and radio systems during the entire product life cycle. This role involves collaborating with various cross-functional teams to establish system requirements, create architectural designs, and develop verification plans, all aimed at achieving successful mission outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and integration of systems across multiple portfolios.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define and document system requirements.
- Develop and implement system architecture that aligns with project objectives.
- Create detailed verification plans to ensure the effectiveness of the systems.
- Manage testing initiatives to validate system performance and mission readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in systems engineering.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for government security clearance.
- Proficient in embedded systems and software development.
