Job description
**Job Title: Electrical Cost Estimator**
The position requires the preparation and delivery of electrical cost estimates, conducting quantity take-offs, and overseeing the commercial elements of intricate electrical building services. Key responsibilities involve providing clients with guidance on procurement strategies, overseeing vendor proposals, and assessing change orders in a dynamic construction setting. Applicants should possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or estimating in the construction sector. A solid understanding of construction contracts and expertise in cost management software is essential, while RICS accreditation is regarded as a significant advantage.
