Job description
The Project Manager plays a crucial role in directing construction projects by organizing timelines, supervising subcontractors, and acting as the main liaison for clients. This position entails managing every stage of the project, from initial planning and procurement of materials to final inspections and documentation completion. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or construction management, or have similar pertinent experience. Strong skills in MS Office are necessary, and familiarity with Timberline and estimating software is advantageous.
