Job Summary
The Senior Energy Engineer is responsible for performing site inspections and energy audits to discover and create Facility Improvement Measures (FIMs). This role encompasses leading the development of performance contracts and offering technical guidance to less experienced team members.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site assessments and energy audits to identify FIMs.
- Lead the creation of performance contracts.
- Provide mentorship and technical support to junior engineers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Certification as an Energy Manager or a Professional Engineer.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the energy sector.
- Expertise in ASHRAE energy calculations.
