Job description
The Senior Estimator is responsible for guiding the preconstruction phase by generating precise bids and overseeing intricate project scopes. This role includes mentoring less experienced team members and working closely with the Sales and Operations teams to facilitate competitive pricing and effective transitions of projects. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction field, along with expertise in takeoff software, CAD, and Microsoft Excel. Exceptional financial acumen, analytical capabilities, and communication skills are essential for juggling multiple bids and nurturing vendor partnerships.
