Job description
**Senior Experience Designer**
The Senior Experience Designer will take full ownership of the design and implementation of HTML media banners from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring that both creative and technical guidelines are adhered to. This role involves close collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams including Art, Copy, and Development to produce scalable and brand-consistent digital experiences. Ideal candidates will possess 6 to 8 years of experience in digital, motion, or interactive design, along with strong skills in Figma and timeline-based animation tools. A bachelor’s degree in a design-related discipline is mandatory, and experience in highly regulated sectors such as pharmaceuticals is a plus.
