Job description
**Senior Facilities Engineer**
The Senior Facilities Engineer is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of construction projects, which encompasses design development, contract management, and on-site quality control. This role includes providing technical guidance, managing engineering processes, and ensuring that all project outputs adhere to budgetary constraints, timelines, and safety standards. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction inspections. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and RSMeans is essential, as well as the capability to acquire and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
