Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Field Service Technician to join our team in New York, NY. This role is critical for ensuring the functionality and reliability of electrical distribution systems through in-depth service and maintenance work. The position reports directly to the Field Service Manager and involves significant hands-on responsibilities, along with some remote work for engineering preparations.
Responsibilities
- Perform field service operations with expertise in electrical distribution systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Engage in remote work related to engineering tasks as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Field Service Manager and team members to ensure optimal service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician, particularly in electrical distribution.
- Strong technical knowledge and skills in maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills for coordination with management and clients.
