Job Summary
The Senior Finance Manager will collaborate closely with the Data Center Equipment team to enhance supply chain strategies and efficiently manage capital investments for worldwide data center growth. This role involves spearheading financial projects, streamlining planning processes through automation, and providing guidance to team members to cultivate a culture of high performance.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Data Center Equipment team to define and execute supply chain strategies.
- Optimize capital allocation for global data center expansion efforts.
- Lead various financial initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency.
- Automate and enhance existing financial planning processes.
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting a high-performance work culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
- A minimum of 14 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or consulting.
- At least 5 years of focused experience related to data center infrastructure in a technology company.
