Job description
The Senior Financial Analyst will spearhead initiatives in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, collaborating closely with operations to enhance financial performance. This role involves creating financial models, offering strategic insights to the leadership team, and assisting with cost accounting and reporting efforts. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and have a minimum of 4 years of experience in FP&A or finance within a manufacturing environment. Expertise in ERP systems, advanced proficiency in Excel, and robust analytical capabilities are crucial for success in this position.
