Job Summary
The Senior FP&A Analyst will take the lead in managing the annual budget, conducting quarterly forecasts, and overseeing month-end financial reporting activities. This role will also function as a vital business ally to both operational teams and leadership by enhancing processes and conducting strategic financial analyses.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the annual budget preparation.
- Conduct quarterly financial forecasts to anticipate business needs.
- Oversee the month-end reporting process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Act as a key business partner to operations and leadership.
- Drive process improvements and provide insights through strategic financial analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is essential.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or planning.
- High proficiency in advanced Excel and other financial systems.
- Strong analytical skills complemented by good communication abilities.
