Job Summary
The Senior HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with the overall business objectives. This position requires an experienced professional who can foster collaboration between HR and various departments to enhance performance and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on talent management, organizational design, and employee relations.
- Lead initiatives to improve workforce engagement and drive cultural transformation.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of programs.
- Facilitate talent development and succession planning with a focus on retention of top performers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficient in HR metrics and analytics, with experience in using data to drive decisions.
- Recognition as a credible leader with a demonstrated ability to manage change effectively.
