Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic individual to act as the primary technical liaison at our facility, connecting factory operations, infrastructure teams, managed service providers, and machine suppliers. This role focuses on ensuring the integrity of networks, endpoints, applications, and systems that are vital for production. Additionally, the position involves spearheading cybersecurity measures and compliance initiatives at the site level while also managing documentation and maintaining asset inventories. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting operational technology (OT), Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), analytics, and digital transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical interface between various teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead the execution of cybersecurity and compliance strategies within the facility.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and asset inventories for all technical systems.
- Support initiatives related to operational technology, IIoT, analytics, and digital enablement.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support as needed.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or a technical degree, or a minimum of seven years of experience in factory IT infrastructure.
- Demonstrated knowledge in networking, IT/OT segmentation, and vulnerability remediation.
- Ability to work on-site full-time and provide off-shift support when necessary.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required by the job.
- Proficient communication skills in English.
- Must be authorized to work permanently in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
