Job Summary
This role is focused on the design, development, and deployment of scalable, containerized applications in Kubernetes environments. The successful candidate will also uphold infrastructure-as-code practices, collaborating closely with DevOps and platform engineering teams to enhance deployment pipelines and achieve high availability through effective monitoring and observability.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable applications in Kubernetes settings.
- Maintain infrastructure-as-code initiatives to streamline operations.
- Work alongside DevOps and platform engineering teams to automate deployment processes.
- Ensure systems maintain high availability through proactive monitoring.
- Implement observability practices to enhance system performance insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
- More than 10 years of experience in software development.
- A minimum of 5 years working directly with Kubernetes.
- Must have an active Secret security clearance.
- Capability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
