Job description
The Senior Lean Services Associate plays a pivotal role in spearheading Lean implementation, strategic planning, and ongoing improvement initiatives for small to medium-sized construction projects. This position involves mentoring project teams, leading planning workshops, and ensuring the effective integration of Lean practices throughout North America. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a similar discipline, combined with 3 to 5 years of experience in Lean construction methodologies. This role necessitates a willingness to travel up to 85% of the time and a solid understanding of Lean principles and project management tools.
