The Senior Legal Counsel will lead legal strategy and execution for U.S. government contracts, including DoD programs. They will partner with engineering and business development teams to provide risk-balanced guidance and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the contract lifecycle. Candidates must hold a JD from an accredited law school and have at least 5 years of experience in government contracts law. Deep expertise in FAR/DFARS and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance are required.
