Job description
**Senior Legal Counsel**
The Senior Legal Counsel will take charge of negotiating and crafting intricate commercial, software, and service agreements, serving as a strategic ally to various business units. This role entails delivering proactive legal advice, overseeing risk management, and creating standardized contracting templates and playbooks. Applicants are required to have a J.D. from a recognized U.S. law institution and must hold active Bar admission in at least one state. A minimum of five years of experience in managing complex commercial equipment and service agreements is essential.
