Job description
The Senior Maintenance Manager is responsible for the oversight of property maintenance, the management of the operating budget, and the assurance that all repairs are conducted safely and effectively. This role also involves mentoring the maintenance staff and guaranteeing adherence to safety codes and regulations. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of experience in multifamily maintenance along with at least one year in a supervisory role. An EPA certification is mandatory, while a CPO certification is desirable.
