Job Summary
The Senior Manager of Platform Engineering is responsible for leading and overseeing the development and implementation of advanced platform solutions that align with the company’s strategic initiatives. This role requires an individual with deep technical expertise and strong leadership skills to drive innovation and ensure high performance within the engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the platform engineering team to develop robust and scalable platform solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and processes.
- Establish and maintain best practices for software engineering, code quality, and platform stability.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for engineering projects.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster professional growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Extensive experience in platform engineering with a strong technical background.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and projects.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
