**Job Title: Senior Manager, Platform Engineering**
The Senior Manager, Platform Engineering is responsible for guiding teams in the design, development, and enhancement of cloud platforms, CI/CD systems, and observability frameworks. This position emphasizes advancing platform capabilities, executing migration strategies, and nurturing a culture of engineering excellence across various teams. Applicants should possess over 12 years of pertinent experience in software, DevOps, or platform engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity. Candidates must demonstrate strong expertise in AWS, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, and managing multi-team migration initiatives within regulated sectors.
