Job Summary
The Project Designer III plays a crucial role in the planning and execution of innovative projects. This position requires a blend of creativity and technical knowledge to design functional and aesthetically pleasing solutions. The Project Designer III will collaborate with various teams to ensure that all designs meet the required standards and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers to align design strategies.
- Conduct assessments of existing designs for improvement and optimization.
- Utilize industry-standard software for the creation of detailed design documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations throughout the design process.
- Participate in project meetings to provide updates on progress and challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design projects is essential.
