Job Summary
The Senior Manager is responsible for directing all phases of clinical data management, ensuring that study milestones and deliverables are met while closely monitoring the performance of Contract Research Organizations (CROs). This role focuses on utilizing technical knowledge to create efficient data solutions and maintain compliance with inspection preparations throughout clinical trials.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive clinical data management processes from inception to completion.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Monitor and assess the performance of external CRO partners.
- Design and implement scalable data management solutions.
- Guarantee inspection readiness for all clinical trials.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 8 years of experience in clinical data management.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as FDA/CFR and ICH/GCP.
- Strong technical skills in data visualization and data automation tools.
