Job description
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) will deliver professional nursing services in a home environment, which encompasses administering medications and monitoring patient conditions. This role involves working closely with healthcare providers and family members to implement personalized care strategies. Applicants must possess a valid Texas LVN license in good standing, along with excellent clinical and communication abilities. Prior experience in home health care or private duty nursing is advantageous, and a current CPR certification is required.
