Job Summary
The lead will oversee the technical setup, configuration, and transition of Microsoft 365 environments with a particular emphasis on Exchange Online and hybrid configurations. This role aims to ensure effective migration practices and the stability of post-migration operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop migration strategies tailored to specific project needs.
- Execute mailbox migrations effectively within the identified timelines.
- Ensure post-migration stability by identifying and troubleshooting any arising issues.
- Document the migration processes and configurations comprehensively for future reference.
Qualifications
- Significant experience with Microsoft Exchange Server and Exchange Online.
- Knowledge of hybrid architecture implementations.
- Expertise in PowerShell scripting for automating processes.
- Experience with DNS management to support migration activities.
- Familiarity with various migration tools used in large-scale transitions.
