Job Summary
The Technical Service Specialist will deliver on-site technical assistance and support for pharmacy automation systems at various client locations. This position is pivotal in ensuring the reliability and functionality of these systems through a combination of preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and precise equipment calibration.
Responsibilities
- Provide regional on-site technical service for pharmacy automation systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and conduct necessary repairs.
- Calibrate equipment to maintain optimal performance.
- Support customers with technical inquiries related to automation systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in field service or maintenance of medical devices.
- Strong mechanical and electromechanical troubleshooting capabilities.
- Proficient in networking troubleshooting.
