Job Summary
The Senior Program Director is tasked with overseeing significant and intricate projects in the Power & Energy sector. This role is crucial for guaranteeing effective project delivery while managing budgets and engaging stakeholders. The director will provide strategic guidance to diverse teams while upholding high standards of governance and quality throughout projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale projects within the Power & Energy sector.
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects through effective budget management.
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders to align project goals.
- Provide strategic direction to multi-disciplinary teams.
- Maintain project governance and uphold quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related science field.
- Minimum of 15 years of project management experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry.
- Strong understanding of project delivery models.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- Capability to manage and oversee complex project portfolios.
