**Job Title: Independent Living Coach**
The Independent Living Coach offers personalized assistance and mentorship to adults facing intellectual disabilities or mental health challenges, empowering them to cultivate essential life skills and reach their individual objectives. Key responsibilities involve supporting personal hygiene, managing household tasks, overseeing medical needs, and organizing community engagement activities. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, along with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Applicants should also be capable of passing a literacy evaluation and fulfilling physical demands, which include lifting up to 40 pounds and maneuvering wheelchairs.
