Job Summary
As a Senior Project Manager at SSR, based in Austin, Texas, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading engineering design, consulting, and planning projects. This position demands a leader committed to strategic project management who can collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects align with client objectives and organizational standards.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
- Monitor and adapt project plans as necessary to achieve goals.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff.
- Provide strategic insights to enhance project revenue and forecasts.
- Integrate additional services into project workflows as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least ten years of relevant project management experience, or fifteen years of practical project involvement.
- Proficiency in project management software and practices.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
