**Senior Project Manager**
The Senior Project Manager will oversee every facet of site development projects, which encompasses scheduling teams, liaising with subcontractors, and ensuring production objectives are achieved. This role also involves managing administrative duties such as handling submittals, preparing monthly invoices, processing change orders, and finalizing project closeouts. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager within the turnkey site development field. A strong ability to interpret civil plans, along with expertise in project management software and Microsoft Office, is essential.
