Applicants should possess over 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly within rapidly expanding startups that require filling challenging roles. A deep proficiency in Greenhouse and AI tools such as Claude, along with a demonstrated ability to develop candidate pipelines from the ground up, is crucial.
