**Senior Recruiter**
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the complete recruiting process for both technical and non-technical positions, emphasizing innovative sourcing methods for specialized profiles. Additionally, they will utilize AI technology to enhance the recruitment pipeline, maintain data within Greenhouse, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to refine job descriptions. Applicants should possess over 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly within rapidly expanding startups that require filling challenging roles. A deep proficiency in Greenhouse and AI tools such as Claude, along with a demonstrated ability to develop candidate pipelines from the ground up, is crucial.
