**Job Title: Lead Supplier Industrialization Engineer**

Spearhead the industrialization of suppliers for avionics, PCB assemblies (PCBAs), and cable harnesses, guiding the process from design release to readiness for production. Create and manage commodity Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEAs), control plans, and inspection techniques while overseeing supplier performance and driving investigations for corrective actions. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical or manufacturing engineering and have a minimum of five years of relevant experience in supplier industrialization or electronics manufacturing. A solid understanding of electronics assembly processes, quality standards, and structured root-cause analysis techniques is essential for candidates.
