**Job Title: Senior HRIS Analyst**
The Senior HRIS Analyst collaborates with HR and IT departments to oversee the upkeep, enhancements, and optimization of the HRMS. This role acts as a key technical liaison for various functional areas, guaranteeing data accuracy and offering support to system users. Applicants should possess more than six years of experience in HR, payroll, and HRIS oversight, alongside a deep understanding of HRMS software. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, while a master’s degree and professional certifications such as PMP or HRIP are advantageous.
