Job Title: Senior Sales Manager
The Senior Sales Manager plays a crucial role in fostering and overseeing group sales to enhance the hotel’s financial performance. This position requires a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality experiences for guests, ensuring that service standards remain exemplary. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of experience in hotel sales management and be well-versed in using the Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with the San Diego market, combined with experience in Salesforce or Cvent Navigator, is strongly desired.
