Qualifications
- Must have an active Top Secret clearance and be willing to undergo a polygraph examination.
- A Bachelor’s degree with over 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with less than 2 years of experience.
- Proficient in Java and Agile development methodologies.
