This role involves spearheading Root Cause Failure Analysis initiatives and aiding in the development of maintenance strategies, such as turnaround planning and management of spare parts. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering along with 10 to 15 years of experience in an industrial setting, particularly in the Oil and Gas industry. A strong understanding of motors, gas turbines, and compressors is essential, as well as a good grasp of industry standards and reliability methodologies.
