Job description
The Senior Staff Engineer will offer specialized technical insight and diagnostic assistance for electrical systems to maintain the operational efficiency and dependability of the plant. This role involves spearheading Root Cause Failure Analysis initiatives and aiding in the development of maintenance strategies, such as turnaround planning and management of spare parts. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering along with 10 to 15 years of experience in an industrial setting, particularly in the Oil and Gas industry. A strong understanding of motors, gas turbines, and compressors is essential, as well as a good grasp of industry standards and reliability methodologies.
