You will lead the technical direction for large-scale model training, developing recipes for pre-training, fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning. You will also collaborate with researchers and engineers to optimize model performance and scalability on GPU and TPU infrastructure. Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in large-scale model training and 5+ years in production systems. Proficiency in PyTorch or JAX, distributed training, and strong programming skills in Python or C++ are required.
