Job Summary
The Senior Storage Administrator is tasked with overseeing, maintaining, and diagnosing enterprise storage systems while working closely with operating system teams to ensure robust infrastructure support. This role emphasizes the implementation of new technological solutions, consistent monitoring of system functionality, and safeguarding the security and availability of data environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise storage systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues.
- Collaborate with OS teams to enhance infrastructure efficiency.
- Implement and configure new hardware and software solutions.
- Monitor system operations to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure data environments are secure and highly available.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ experience in enterprise storage design, maintenance, and administration across Windows, Solaris, and Linux.
- CompTIA Security+ certification is required.
- Additional certifications relevant to the computing environment may be necessary.
- Must possess a Secret security clearance.
