Job Summary
Saalex is currently looking for an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join our team in Ridgecrest, California. This role is pivotal to our mission of supporting essential Department of Defense projects by managing and enhancing our Engineering and Information Solutions. The selected candidate will oversee AWS cloud infrastructures and implement modern Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize AWS cloud environments to ensure robust performance.
- Implement and maintain cutting-edge CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct performance and network tuning proactively.
- Comply with DoD and Navy cybersecurity directives to maintain secure systems.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in systems administration with a focus on cloud services.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficient in DOD cybersecurity requirements and network management.
