Job Summary
The Commercial Lines Account Manager acts as the main liaison for clients, overseeing a portfolio of accounts while enhancing revenue through both renewals and the acquisition of new business. This role involves working alongside onshore and offshore teams to guarantee exceptional service delivery and offering technical guidance to clients as well as junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients in the commercial lines sector.
- Manage a diverse book of business, focusing on revenue growth through renewals and new sales.
- Coordinate with both domestic and international teams to ensure superior service quality.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior employees and clients.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Property and Casualty insurance.
- An active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license is required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Agency Management Systems is essential.
