Job Summary
The Senior Systems Engineer is tasked with overseeing IT infrastructure for a diverse range of clients. This role encompasses the design of tailored solutions, the execution of various projects, and the provision of expert consultative support. The engineer also plays an integral role in maintaining server and network environments while guiding and mentoring fellow team members.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage IT infrastructure for numerous clients.
- Design and implement tailored IT solutions to meet client needs.
- Execute projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Provide consultative expertise to clients regarding their IT systems.
- Maintain server and network environments to ensure optimal performance.
- Lead and mentor junior team members to promote skill development and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior engineering and consulting position.
- Proven experience in the SMB market is essential.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft technologies is required.
- Expertise in virtualization platforms and network optimization is necessary.
